Information About KENAX Translation ServiceIn actuality, 001 Your Translation Service
is the same company as KENAX Translations but there are two websites and domains for SEO (search engine
optimization) purposes. The 001 at the start of the name is designed to help position
the page in first place among directories listed alphabetically. The
"translation service" in the name is to help this site's webrankings (seo) in
the same keyword search. The purpose of this text is to help with this
page's overall rankings for such important keywords as translation, translations, agency,
service and company. But this text does also reveal how we operate, so it may prove useful
if you would like to keep reading. It is good to own several domains (such as kenax.cz and
001your translation service .com) because you can link between the pages of both domains
to help with the rankings. One can provide the best translation service in the world, as
we hope to, but if no one is aware of that service, meaning the webpage advertising about
that service is not near the top ten of important keyword searches, the excellent service
cannot perform its designed purpose. History of KENAX Translation ServiceKENAX Translations started in the Czech
Republic in 1993, focusing first on Czech customers, but over time picking up
internationally placed translation customers. With the growing needs of finding
translators located outside the Czech Republic, the company began advertising on various
translation forums and other similar websites in all countries throughout the world. At
some point the idea came up that, while advertising for translators, we could also
advertise for other human resource employees who could deliver their work via email or the
internet. Such work as programming, website design, transcription services, graphics and
many others (see the full list of human
resource jobs). For many years then we have been advertising for people who could
offer these services - not just translations. How Our Translation Service OperatesOver time, while mostly providing
translation services, we found a need to hire additional staff to help us manage
translation projects. And this is where we have made a fundamental departure from the way
other translation agencies operate. Mostly because I, the owner, value my freedom and do
not like the hustle bustle or a large translation office, with lots of internal employees
running around with shirts and ties. Working rigid hours and generally spending much of my
days under an atmosphere of stress. One way to keep the size of the translation office
down to a minimum is by creating macros in Excel and Word to automate many tasks, and use
the skills of my many programmers to design programs to streamline the management of
translation projects. By developing webpages in combination with stand-alone programs,
translators are able to download their translation projects from a central server, upload
it once completed, after which an email is automatically sent to the designated
proofreader of that translation, who then downloads the translated file from the same
server, uploads when complete, and the translation process
continues, with all participants involved in the translation project through this server,
in as such creating a virtual office to produce these translation services. The difference
of this office though is that everyone participates from the comfort of their own
environment (usually their home), and on their own time. They save the two hours a day
they would otherwise have to spend commuting to an in-house translation office, work in an
environment which specifically caters to their own tastes, work at hours which suit them,
and generally enjoy their jobs and the stress free conditions more than they would at an
in-house translation service. Advantages of Offering a Translation Service in this WayTherefore, the advantage of operating a
translation service in this way is multifold. First of all, the fact that the participants
concerned save two hours a day not having to commute and get to work in the comfort of
their own environment, means that they would enjoy the work more, appreciate the savings
in time, and be more willing to work for less. Which saves costs on the final translation.
Not only are they able to spend more time with their families, but their work schedule
become fully flexible, so that they can manage their day for their greatest benefit. We
can then go on and on with other advantages of providing a translation service in this
way, such as: employees are less often sick, because they do not share a translation
office environment with other sneezing personnel; if they are sick, they can rest or take
naps whenever needed, working on the computer even from bed in between rests; work late
and odd hours in between their other activities, depending on the translation work load
and their other responsibilities; the environment is benefited because they do not have to
commute to work; they do not have to suffer the torture of being crammed in traffic twice
a day with everyone else, who would be commuting to a translation or other office. The
stress free nature of their jobs would increase their general enjoyment and also help in
keeping them from becoming sick, meaning that they would tend to be more productive
employees, not to mention that they can work long hours without a problem. A 24 Hour Translation ServiceAnother great advantage to such a virtual translation office is the savings on rent - not having to pay for such expensive space in the centre of some city. But an even greater advantage of operating such a translation service is the fact that each of these employees and translation project managers can work on different time zones. There is no limitation where these translation project managers can be located, meaning they can be drawn from the smallest and remote village. This would further reduce costs, since they would not have to live in a large and expense city where otherwise an in-house translation office might be located. All these savings would help reduce costs, which we could then pass onto our translation customer to offer an extremely competitive translation service. But the greatest advantage of all is that these remote translation project managers can be scattered on different time zones, each logging in on their own schedule and coordinated so that, as one if finishing up their day, another may be just starting. Any overlap can be used to communicate the needs of translation projects, and there is always plenty of other work, so any redundancy of more than one translation project manager working at a particular time poses no problem at all.

Constant Support for our TranslatorsIt is already standard in the translation
industry that translators can also be scattered anywhere over the globe. Are we
translating a manual into Chinese? Is it feasible to look only in the immediate
neighbourhood surrounding the office of the translation service to look for a Chinese
translator? Certainly not. Not necessarily even in the country where the office of the
translation service is located. But if the translator is located on the other side of the
globe and has a question concerning delivery or some technical matter, how can the
translation office support them when they are closed, because of the different time zone? Translation Service with Real Look and FeelThe virtual translation office is the main
corporate engine that makes everything work efficiently, 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. But many customers demand a look and feel. Somewhere where they can take their
translation documents, speak with an amiable secretary, and have their needs tended on a
real time and personal basis. To cater to such demands, we set up regional translation
offices on a franchise basis. Someone who is willing to put on a suit, hit the pavement,
print out a flier in their language, approach customers directly, and put on a pleasant
façade to win over such translation customers. Pay rent for a fancy translation office
and do whatever dance is necessary according to the local conditions. Of course, this
means that those particular customers pay more for their service, to cover the additional
costs of such a look and feel, and translation service. But if you want the extra gold and
brass on your Rolls Royce, you simply have to pay for it. Links to Other Translation ServicesBecause we are so confident of the
